Project Description
Perched to capture sweeping views of the surrounding landscape, this whole-home remodel transformed a dated residence into a refined, cohesive retreat defined by light, flow, and timeless design. A carefully designed addition created direct access from the upper-level garage to the main floor, while also allowing the floor plan to be reconfigured into a fully integrated primary suite that replaced a disconnected layout. The kitchen and great room were redesigned to maximize views and everyday living, featuring custom cabinetry, Taj Mahal quartzite countertops, a spacious sit-in peninsula, and layered lighting. New hardwood flooring, refined millwork, doors, and thoughtfully designed bathrooms establish a cohesive aesthetic throughout the home. Behind the scenes, major structural improvements—including chimney removal and complete plumbing and electrical replacements—modernized the home without disrupting the project timeline. The result is a beautifully crafted residence where thoughtful planning, exceptional craftsmanship, and enduring materials come together to create a home built for the future.
Project Highlights
